This is a notice for an upcoming application update that is being conducted on our SaaS platform. There is downtime associated with this maintenance. Please see below details.
Product: PowerSchool SIS
Maintenance Window: Saturday, May, 21st 2022 3:00 pm - Sunday, May, 22nd 2022, 9:00 am PDT Reason for Maintenance: We are updating all PowerSchool SIS Core instances as follows: • Customers on 20.11.4.2 or below (includes all customers on 20.x) with auto-update disabled will be updated to PowerSchool SIS 20.11.4.3 • Customers on 21.4.x with auto-update disabled will be updated to PowerSchool SIS 21.4.5.4. • Customers with auto-update enabled will be updated to PowerSchool SIS 21.11.4.2.
We are performing operating system patching on the PowerSchool SIS product. There will be intermittent connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window.
