We have identified duplicate records across several Enrollment data views within Connected Intelligence. While the underlying Enrollment data is complete, certain records have been duplicated across various views, which may result in inaccurate reporting and analytics.
This issue was caused by an unexpected issue within our replication tooling. The issue has been identified, mitigation has been implemented, and a full data reload will be performed to restore data consistency.
To ensure data consistency and accuracy, Connected Intelligence will perform a full reload of all Enrollment tables. This reload will remove the duplicate records and ensure Enrollment data is accurately reflected throughout Connected Intelligence.
