Update
Common App is aware that there have been some instances where recommendation forms were successfully submitted in Common App but were not delivered to colleges as expected.
This issue impacted Common App recommenders as well as those who submit forms through a college and career readiness partner. While Common App has resolved most of these instances you may still receive a message from colleges requesting the information be submitted directly to them. You are encouraged to send any information being requested of you from colleges per their requests.
Common App is actively working on solutions to deliver any remaining impacted forms to our colleges as soon as possible. Common App regrets the inconvenience this may have caused. If you still have additional questions, please reach out to Powerschool’s support team.

Monitoring
We are aware of an issue with Common App where some successfully submitted documents were not delivered or were delivered with missing documents. The documents were correctly submitted from Naviance to Common App, so the status in Naviance is accurate. The problem lies in the delivery from Common App to member universities and affects documents from various sources, not just Naviance.
Common App has been working retroactively and had resent documents to colleges affected. If you receive reports of missing documents, please contact the Naviance support team. We are working closely with our partners at Common App to identify and verify the status of affected documents and determine if any action is needed.
The integration between Naviance and Common App is functioning as expected, and the status for submitted documents remains correct.
