PowerSchool is performing system maintenance on PowerSchool SIS, which includes a full VM restart to complete OS patching. During the maintenance window, the application will be accessible most of the time. However, customers may experience intermittent connectivity.

This maintenance will impact US & Canada customers only. Below is the breakdown of the schedule for different regions:

• East: May 2, 2025, 3:00 PM PST to May 3, 2025, 9:00 AM PST
• West: May 2, 2025, 6:00 PM PST to May 3, 2025, 9:00 AM PST
• Canada: May 2, 2025, 6:00 PM PST to May 3, 2025, 9:00 AM PST
• Central: May 2, 2025, 6:00 PM PST to May 3, 2025, 9:00 AM PST
• NCDPI: May 2, 2025, 6:00 PM PST to May 3, 2025, 6:00 AM PST
