PowerSchool is performing emergency firewall maintenance on PowerSchool eSchoolPlus SIS, eFinancePlus, and BusinessPlus, including a firewall firmware upgrade to address CVEs and enhance OS hardening. No downtime is expected for egress traffic; however, Site-to-Site (S2S) VPNs may experience brief interruptions due to rekeying and failover. Inbound services, including SFTP and ThinPrint, are expected to be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade and will be restored immediately afterward. The applications will remain accessible for most of the maintenance window, although customers may experience intermittent connectivity.
