Planned Maintenance for Analytics & Insights: AWS EKS Cluster Upgrade

We will be performing a planned upgrade to our AWS EKS (Kubernetes) production clusters to ensure our infrastructure remains on a supported version. During this maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent access to their dashboards. Data processing and ETLs are not expected to be impacted.

We expect to complete all work before the scheduled refresh builds begin on Saturday at 7:00 AM PST. If any delays occur, our team will manually trigger the builds immediately following completion. Development and training environments have already been upgraded successfully. No customer action is required.
