We are continuing to monitor for any large delays in printing following our database improvement to the printing service. Printing services were successful throughout the day.

Our team is still monitoring some isolated delays that may occur when attempting to print and verifying if any additional action is needed. Printing remains successful for most users.

Monitoring
Our engineering team has worked to resolve the Printing issues. Currently printing services are operational. We are monitoring all systems over the next 24 hours to confirm if there are still outstanding issues.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue that is causing printing of items in Perform, Employee Records, and Applicant Tracking to be non-responsive and the PDF documents are not produced. We will update as progress is made.
