PowerSchool has been alerted by our telephony vendor of an outage with a carrier that began on February 11th, resulting in degraded call delivery for our Canadian customers. The vendor has isolated the problem and is actively working on a resolution.
We understand the impact this has on your experience and are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible. We will continue to share updates as new information becomes available.
