We have implemented corrective actions for customers impacted by this issue, including backend updates to help restore scheduled provisioning. We are currently monitoring service performance and are seeing provisioning activity resume successfully.
If your organization continues to experience issues with scheduled provisioning or syncs are not running as expected, a reauthorization of the integration may be required. We strongly encourage School Administrators to review and follow the steps outlined in the Community article below:
Once the reauthorization process is completed, scheduled provisioning should resume automatically.

We have identified an issue affecting scheduled provisioning for some customers. To restore normal provisioning, a reauthorization of the integration may be required.
